“There was a guy on a slide wearing a business suit, pulling a wagon full of cash,” Justin remembers. “It was picturing being the bank, and I thought, ‘Oh my God, that’s so right. I’m tired of paying the bank all this interest for these deals. It seems like they’re doing nothing and making this money.'” That moment was a lightbulb moment for Justin, opening his eyes to the potential of being on the other side of the equation.
Overcoming the Learning Curve

“They come from people that we call Mom and Pop sellers that create these notes,” Justin explains. “They come from operators that do thousands of property transactions a year, and everywhere in between. It’s in your backyard, it’s your neighbor – you would be surprised where all these deals come from.”
