“It was really baptism by fire,” Virginia recalls. “I had to learn everything from scratch during the worst time in the world to come into this business.”

Despite the challenges, Virginia’s tenacity and business acumen shone through. She navigated the project through the recession, eventually selling it in 2014 for a profit that continues to pay dividends today.
