In this webinar, Joe Varnadore interviews NoteSchool alum Justin Bogard, who was also the Case Study winner at NoteExpo 2019.
Justin has only been in the note business since 2016, and in 2019 he did 53 deals. Justin describes being an “HGTV addict,” so he “fired his boss” to flip houses and be a landlord. He soon realized how many headaches came with the territory. Then he happened to meet Joe at an Indiana real estate investor conference. At the time, the world of note investing wasn’t even on Justin’s radar. So he enrolled in his first NoteSchool class, and has been gung-ho on notes ever since.
Joe chats with Justin about how he launched his note business with no other side income. Justin tells the story of finding his first investor who put up 150K to launch his note business. We learn how Justin has been able to connect with other potential investors, perfect his business model, and scale up his business.
